Natalie  Montali

As a lifelong soccer player and fan, the game has always held a special place in my heart. I earned my U.S. Soccer National D License while coaching high school girls' soccer, and though I’ve stepped away from coaching in recent years, I’ve stayed connected as a player and supporter of the sport—especially during major competitions like the World Cup and the Olympics. I'm excited for the opportunity to reconnect with coaching through Heart Health United and to use soccer, once again, as a tool to inspire, support, and build stronger communities.

Jose Apolaya

I’ve been playing soccer for over 20 years, and played at a youth Academy level when I was younger. Currently, I now referee, coach, and play consistently in several recreation leagues. I have a bachelors of science in cell and molecular biology with clinical interest in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery. I am a firm believer. That sports is the ultimate activity, as a combines high intensity exercise, socializing, and sharpening mental acuity.
